Welcome back to Pentair Supplier Database. Please log into the Supplier Database using the following link:

Pentair has developed a Vendor Evaluation Form for all Direct Suppliers.

You will need to access the Vendor Management link in order to update your profile.

In Section 4 of your existing Vendor Registration Form, you will provide additional information that will allow us to learn more about your company. It will also allow you to assess the capabilities of your company based upon your responses.

In order to complete Section 4 for Direct Suppliers, it is required that you complete the Evaluation Tool.xls. To do this:

  1. Complete the form and save to your desktop.
  2. Upload file by clicking on "upload file" at the end of Section 4.
  3. Re-submit your Vendor Registration

New Suppliers

Welcome to Pentair Supplier Registration - an online questionnaire that provides your company with the opportunity to complete a profile and join our supplier database. This database is our primary method for facilitating the process of managing suppliers who request to do business with Pentair. Your profile will become part of a secure online library that will allow Pentair to contact you should an opportunity arise for your company's product or service.

On the Vendor Registration Form please provide answers to all applicable questions. Note: fields marked with "*" are required.

Note: By completing this form you are submitting general information to Pentair. Submitting this information does not automatically approve your company to become a Pentair supplier, but is a requirement to be considered.
