Improving our Culture of Ethics Every Day

We are proud of our "Win Right" culture at Pentair and believe that it inspires our employees' performance and commitment. We are also proud of the recognition we have received for our ethical business practices. In 2005, we were a recipient of the Minnesota Business Ethics Award. We know that sustaining a culture of integrity requires constant attention. One of the ways we support our focus on ethics is through our membership in the Center for Ethical Business Cultures.

We continually re-evaluate the extent to which we are living our values. For example, a current project is to offer our Pentair Ethics Education Center (PEEC) curriculum in more languages to more locations around the world. Our goal is to ensure the way we live our values remains relevant to our ever changing global environment.
