FNS® Plus Filters

More Surface Area for Better Pool Filtration and Less Maintenance

FNS Plus Pool Filters are designed with curved grids to maximize filtration area. More filter area means better performance and longer periods between cleanings. The internal design has been refined to minimize flow restrictions and, therefore, requires minimal pumping power to achieve a needed flow rate. This vertical-grid, D.E. filter is made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene for superior strength and reliability.

Watch Before Opening or Cleaning

Pentair FNS Plus Filters have a large filter area for increased dirt capacity, and if the pressure gauge shows that the system is running at 10 PSI higher than its starting pressure, it is time for a cleaning. To ensure your pool cartridge filter is clean, you'll need to watch this safety video and gather a few tools before diving in. Be sure to consult a pool professional before performing maintenance or attempting pool filter cleaning on your own, or call a servicer outright if you're unsure of how to clean a pool filter.

How to Safely Service a
FNS Plus® Pool Filter

180007, 180008, 180009: Flow rate is based on 2 GPM per sq. ft. of filter area. Actual system flow will depend on plumbing size and other system components. Valves must be purchased separately.

*Integrated continuous High Flow internal air relief is operational only when there is unobstructed flow in the circulating system.

Note: Operating Limits – maximum continual operating pressure of 50 PSI. Pool/spa (bather) applications, maximum operating water temperature (internal filter) 104°F (40°C).

*Pentair has a trained team of TradeGrade experts and third-party resources that will be scouring the internet 24/7 for TradeGrade violations. Our guarantee to you is that we will use all resources at our disposal to actively monitor and enforce this policy. If a TradeGrade product is sold online, the warranty will be limited to a 60-day limited warranty. Pentair will not be liable for any costs or expenses related to an extended warranty provided to a customer beyond the 60-day limited warranty that Pentair provides for such sales. Additionally, no PIP dollars will be rewarded to the dealer for the purchase. When a TradeGrade product is purchased and sold in compliance with the TradeGrade policy, that product will receive the full product warranty.
