Frequently Asked Questions
Does my water contain lead?
Lead is not necessarily in your tap water. Request a copy of the yearly water quality report from your local municipality or conduct a home water test to determine if your water requires a lead filter.
What maintenance is required?
You will need to replace the filter every four to five months, depending on your water quality and water usage.
My water pressure dropped. What should I do?
A significant pressure drop can be a sign that it’s time to replace the filter cartridge. If you notice a sustained dip in pressure after swapping out the cartridge, talk to a Pentair water expert.
