All of our home water consultations are available at no cost to you, whether you choose an in-home, virtual, or phone consultation.
How long after I place my order will my product be installed? Who will do the installation?
Typically installation will occur in 3-5 business days. Once your product has been ordered, our local water experts will work with you to schedule installation when it’s most convenient for you.
What is the warranty on my product and installation? Who can I call for warranty issues?
We have a comprehensive system warranty for 1 year (including labor). You can view the entire warranty policy or call our technical support team to discuss issues related to the warranty.
Is this an in-house installation team or a 3rd party installation team?
If you live in a location where we offer in-home services, our team of home water experts will help size and install your new water softening or filtration system. You can also call Pentair directly to see if we offer installation services near you. If you do not live in one of these areas, we recommend checking with a local plumber or using an existing home services platform.
