Who is Pentair and why is this transition occurring?

In 2019, Pentair acquired Pelican Water as a company and as of January 20, 2022, Pelican Water has fully transitioned to Pentair Water Solutions. Visitors to the Pelican website will be redirected to Pentair.com/homewater. By building on the combined strengths of both entities, Pentair Water Solutions is well-positioned to provide leading water treatment solutions and services directly to consumers through a variety of channels, including online and in-home.

I purchased a product from Pentair.com or Pelicanwater.com prior to this change. Is my purchase still covered under the original warranty?

Yes, the warranty on your Pentair or Pelican products purchased prior to January 20, 2022 will be honored. 

I just ordered a product from pelicanwater.com. Who can I contact if I have a product issue?

If you have questions regarding products ordered from pelicanwater.com, please contact Pentair Technical Support at 877-842-1635.

I scheduled a consultation on pelicanwater.com Is my appointment still valid?

Yes, your appointment is still valid if you scheduled it on pelicanwater.com. For any questions regarding your appointment, please contact us at 888-811-1867.

I just ordered a system with Pelican. Do I need to update my information with anyone?

No, you do not need to contact us to update your information. Your information will be carried over through the transition. 

If I ordered from pelicanwater.com, is my tracking info the same?

Yes your tracking info will be the same. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact Pentair Customer Service at 877-842-1635.

What phone number should I call if I need to change an appointment?

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at 888-811-1867.

Does this change or impact the service contract I bought with Pelican?

No, it does not. Previous customers with a service contract will continue to be serviced through Pentair Water Solutions. 

Can I still return my Pelican product within 60 days of purchase?

Yes, any order prior to January 20, 2022 comes with our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. 

Do I need to update my Water Shield account?

No, you do not. All of your information will carry over to Pentair. 

Is my Autoship Water Shield account still active with Pentair?

Yes, we will continue mailing to the current address on record.  If you have any questions or need to update your information, please contact Pentair Customer Service at 877-842-1635.

Can I purchase replacement filters for my Pelican system through Pentair?

Yes, you can order your replacement filters through Pentair Water Solutions. Please contact Pentair Sales at 877-842-1635 or visit our website

Where is my credit card info being stored?

Your credit card information is not stored after you place your order. If you choose to store the credit card for future purchases or to sign up for our subscription program, your credit card will be stored securely with the payment processor and never on our local systems. Credit card information will never be accessible to anybody at Pentair.
