OVERVIEW

Benefits of a Shower Filter

Chlorine is a commonly used chemical by municipal water treatment facilities to kill microbes like bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and endospores. When you insist on the premium Pentair Shower Filter, you can protect your body from the harsh chemicals that may be in your water and enjoy a spa-like experience from the comfort of your own home. With a Pentair Shower Filter, you can enjoy softer skin and hair, reduced skin dryness or flakiness, a reduction of unpleasant odors from your water, and reduced fading of color-treated hair. How it works

3 stage system

Contaminant Reduction

Incoming water passes through a patented blend of copper and zinc oxidation media used to filter chlorine and other contaminants from your shower water.

Reduction of Synthetic Chemicals

Water continues through a special blend of steam activated carbon media. This media is designed to filter out chloramines and synthetic chemicals as well as unpleasant odors.

Improved Hydration

Before water makes its way through the shower head, it passes through a Far-Infrared emitting volcanic media that introduces reduced or negative ions into the water. This results in a lower surface tension in the water, allowing for better hydration of hair and skin. Changing the surface tension in the water also makes the water feel softer on your hair and skin.
