Where Is My Product?

By the end of the business day on which your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your product's shipping and tracking information. This tracking number is sent to the email address on the account at the time of purchase.

How Soon Can I Receive My Product If I Order Today?

All in-stock orders received before 2 PM EST are shipped the same day. Depending on where you live, the shipment may take up to 7 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information via a detailed order confirmation email.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Google Pay, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard® – PayPal*, e-checks, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks should be mailed to our corporate headquarters at:

Who Can Install A Product For Me?

If you live in a location where we offer in-home services, our team of residential water experts would be happy to help size and install a new water softening system. You can also call Pentair directly at 877-270-9417 to see if we offer installation services near you. If you do not live in one of these areas, we recommend checking with a local plumber or using an existing home services platform. We recommend first testing what is in your water with our 16-Point Rapid Water Test before making any purchases.

What Type Of Home Water Consultations Do You Offer?

We offer three types of home water consultations: in-home, phone, or virtual consultation.

How Can I Change Or Cancel The Frequency Of Deliveries In My Watershield Account?

You can access your Watershield account through your account online. Once on Pentair.com/homewater, just click the My Account icon near the top of the page. Once you’ve logged in, you can update your Watershield account details.
