- Step-by-step guidance for setup, programming, and connectivity (including IntelliCenter programming basics)

- Tools to onboard new technicians faster and reinforce best practices across key product categories

Pentair’s new E-Learning Center supports a more structured training experience, including learning journeys, badges, and improved progress visibility. It is designed to support current training needs as well as future growth. Access to and use of Pentair’s E-Learning Center through Pentair Partners is subject to applicable terms and conditions.

How do I access the E-Learning Center?

Pentair’s E-Learning Center is accessed through the Pentair Partners portal. After logging in, select Training from the top navigation and then choose Online Learning.

Do I need a separate account?

No. Pentair’s E-Learning Center uses your existing Pentair Partners login credentials.

Is login automatic once I’m in Pentair Partners?

Yes. Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to move from Pentair Partners into Pentair’s E-Learning Center without logging in again.

What if I can’t log in?

Confirm you are using the correct email and password and that your Pentair Partners account has been activated. Contact your Pentair Loyalty Coordinator if issues persist.

A Learning Journey is a structured path of courses designed to guide learners through a specific product category or topic area.

Do courses have to be completed in order?

Some Learning Journeys require sequential completion. Individual courses may also be available separately.

Can courses be revisited after completion?

Completed courses may be revisited for review or refresher purposes.

What are training badges?

Badges recognize the completion of specific courses, assessments, or Learning Journeys on the Pentair E-Learning Platform. Access to and use of any such badges issubject to applicable terms and conditions.
Dealer Manager Visibility (New Feature)

Can dealer managers view employee training progress?

Yes. Dealer companies are set up in the E-Learning Platform as groups. Designated group managers (such as business owners or service managers) are given visibility intotheir team’s training activity. This includes course progress, completion status, and earned badges.

Is training progress tracked automatically?

Yes. Course completion, assessments, and badge progress are tracked within Pentair’s E-Learning Platform.
Live & Virtual Training

Does Pentair’s E-Learning Platform support live training?

Yes. Instructor-led training and webinars may be offered through the platform under the Live learning link in the navigation bar.

Pentair Pool University hands on training can be registered within Pentair’s E-Learning Platform when available under the Pentair U Workshops link in the navigation bar. In-person training may require registration or purchase.
