How will I know if my rebate is approved?

Once you submit the rebate, it takes between 4-6 weeks for you to receive a response about your submission. If the rebate submission is approved, you will receive an email from notification@pentairprepaid.com containing a digital token for redemption. If your submission is rejected, you will receive a digital letter from email@info.awardhq.com explaining the reason for rejection and any applicable next steps. Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.

No, exceptions are not granted beyond the 30-day deadline. However, if your rebate was rejected and requires resubmission with additional details, your rejection letter will specify how much time you have to resubmit.

Are sales order acknowledgements or delivery tickets accepted as a proof of purchase?

No, you must provide an invoice as a proof of purchase to qualify for rebate. Failure to provide an invoice will result in a rejection of your rebate submission.

How do I participate in the Bounty Program?

To participate:
- Purchase and install eligible Pentair products during the program dates.
- Submit the rebate form online at Pentair Hot Deals.
- Upload required documentation: invoice, pre-installation photo, and post-installation photo.
- Photos must be clear, and Pentair reserves the right not to accept any unclear photos or those which do not properly show the requirements of the rebate offer.

What are the photo requirements for the Bounty Program?

To qualify for a bounty rebate, you must upload clear photos that meet the following requirements:
- Pre-installation photo: A picture of the competitor’s product being replaced (e.g., pump, heater, filter, light or sanitizer). A Pentair product may be accepted if the offers states Pentair as eligible.
- Post-installation photo: A picture of the newly installed eligible Pentair product.
- Photo clarity: All photos must be clear and must properly show the requirements of the rebate offer. Unclear photos or those that do not adequately display the product or installation may result in rejection of your submission.

Are there limits to the number of rebates?

- One rebate per serial number.
- No limit to the number of redemptions per dealer unless stated in the terms and conditions of the offer.
