Step 1: Obtain Homeowner Approval
Before you can add yourself as an admin, ensure you have the homeowner's acceptance. They will need to log in to the Pentair Pool app to invite you.
Step 2: Open User Management in the Pentair Pool App
- From the homeowner's phone, open the Pentair Pool app and log in.
- Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the lower-right corner.
- Go to Settings (for IntelliCenter systems only) and tap Manage Users.
- Tap the + button in the top-right corner to add a new user.

Step 3: Send Yourself an Invitation
- Enter a company email address you will use to manage customer systems.
- Select your access level as Administrator and tap "Send Invite."

Step 4: Accept the Invitation
- Check your email for the invitation to join the IntelliCenter system.
- Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to accept the invitation.

Step 5: Create Your Account
- Use the same email address as the one in the invitation.
- Create a password for your new account (you’ll only need to do this once).
Use this email and password for all IntelliCenter systems you manage to streamline your access.

Step 6: Log In to IntelliCenter Remote Monitoring
- Go to pro.pentairpool.com
- Log in using your new account credentials.
- You’ll now see your customers' IntelliCenter systems in the dashboard.
