Step 2: Open User Management in the Pentair Pool App

  1. From the homeowner's phone, open the Pentair Pool app and log in.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the lower-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings (for IntelliCenter systems only) and tap Manage Users.
  4. Tap the + button in the top-right corner to add a new user.

Step 4: Accept the Invitation

  1. Check your email for the invitation to join the IntelliCenter system.
  2. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to accept the invitation.

Step 6: Log In to IntelliCenter Remote Monitoring

  1. Go to pro.pentairpool.com
  2. Log in using your new account credentials.
  3. You’ll now see your customers' IntelliCenter systems in the dashboard.

Can I use my existing Pentair Pool account to manage multiple systems?

Yes, but for better organization, we recommend creating a dedicated email for customer systems.

Can the homeowner revoke admin access later?

Yes, the homeowner can manage user permissions through the Pentair Pool app.

What if I don't receive the email invitation?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, ask the homeowner to resend the invite
