Terms of Use

By using any of the digital tools Pentair provides, (including video/audio conferencing and Microsoft Teams) you, as a Pentair employee, contractor, vendor, supplier and/or guest (“Guest”) agree to these Terms of Use. These terms may be updated from time to time.

Privacy

Pentair’s Privacy Notice, or if you are an Employee, Pentair’s Global Employee notice on myPentair, governs how Pentair collects and utilizes your personal information.

Pentair Code of Conduct

At Pentair, our Win Right values help guide our culture and allow us to work to our highest potential. Our values of Customer First, Accountability for Performance, Innovation & Adaptability, Positive Energy, Respect & Teamwork, and Absolute Integrity will continue to define who we are and how we work. These values govern how we work, and how we expect Guests to work, on digital platforms.

In addition, Pentair’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, applies to all Pentair employees, part-time employees, contractors and Pentair’s Supplier Code of Conduct, to all Pentair supplier and vendors, including their conduct on this platform.

Confidentiality

All information, drawings, materials, goods, and equipment provided by Pentair or arising from work or services performed on behalf of Pentair shall be treated as confidential and proprietary to Pentair and shall not be disclosed or shown to third parties without Pentair’s prior written permission. Without limiting the foregoing, Guests must safeguard and protect all Pentair information, electronic data, and intellectual property or technologies, with appropriate safeguards and in any event in no less than the same manner that they would protect their own confidential information. Guests will only receive, and are only authorized to use, confidential information as part of a nondisclosure agreement. Any sharing or transfer of confidential information must be executed in a way that secures and protects the intellectual property rights of Pentair. Guests may receive our confidential information must not disclose it except as authorized, must not use the information except for the permitted purpose, and must at all times protect the information from misuse or unauthorized disclosure. Pentair Guests may not use Pentair’s trademarks, images, or other materials to which Pentair owns the copyright, unless explicitly authorized. Guests must keep all agreements and Pentair customer information confidential including pricing and marketing allowances and all Pentair Brand product specifications. Guests must properly handle, process, store, and adequately secure sensitive information (including confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable.)

Information Uploads

Guests agree that any information they upload or share 1) is free from viruses and malware 2) is legally permissible to share/distribute and 3) unless explicitly stated otherwise concurrent with the sharing, becomes the property of Pentair and Guest no longer has any rights in and to that information.

Microsoft Terms of Use

Guests are obligated to continually abide by all of Microsoft’s terms as they pertain to Microsoft Teams, including Microsoft’s Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, and Trademarks, as may be updated from time to time; these terms may also be made available to you by Microsoft through the Microsoft Teams profile page.

Disclaimer

These Terms of Use are in no way intended to conflict with or modify the terms and conditions of any existing contract between you and Pentair. Unless otherwise stated in such contract, in the event of a conflict, Guests shall adhere to the contract terms.
