Pentair Promotional, Pentair Home & Pro Alerts Recurring Text Message Programs

By opting-in to one or more of the Programs (as defined below), you agree to these Pentair Promotional, Pentair Home & Pro Alerts Recurring Text Message Programs Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Pentair’s Privacy Policy.

Program Description: We will periodically send automated text messages to you with promotions, products and services that are relevant to you (the “Program”). Messages are sent 1-2 times per month, no more frequently than once per week.  Transactional Pentair Home & Pro text message frequency may vary. You agree that these calls and text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You do not have to agree to receive these text messages in order to obtain any goods or services from Pentair. You agree that Pentair may send these text messages even if your telephone number appears on a federal or state do-not-call registry.

How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Home & Pro App Program by opting in via the Pentair Home App or the Pentair Promotional Program by texting OPTIN to 767123, providing your cellular telephone number in the space provided and agreeing to terms presented on the website (including these Terms and Conditions).

How to Opt-Out: You may text “STOP” to 767123 to opt-out of receiving future Pentair Promotional text messages. You may also opt-out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE." Once you opt-out, we will send a single confirmation opt-out and will then cease sending you text messages from 767123 unless you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 767123 will not opt you out of other text messages or calls you may have elected or will elect to receive from us. To opt out of the Pentair Home & Pro App Program, visit the Pentair Home app notification settings and switch your SMS setting to 'off'.

Support/Help: In case of questions, email marketing@pentair.com. You may also text “HELP” to 767123 to receive a text message with our name (Pentair Promotional Alerts) and an email address to which you may direct questions.

Pentair Promotional Alerts are free, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier. Contact your carrier with questions about charges and rates that may apply.

Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any text messages under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text message. Neither your carrier nor Pentair Promotional Alerts are liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Programs, with or without notice.
