The Pentair Women’s Resource Group is Choosing To Challenge

With the theme “Choose to Challenge,” International Women’s Day 2021 is a call to action for us all to promote gender equity and help create an inclusive world.  Here at Pentair, our Women’s Resource Group (WRG) is focused on the development and advancement of women employees by supporting and connecting women globally to advance an inclusive work environment, while celebrating our achievements along the way. 

Women supporting each other is more important than ever as we all adjust to changing work and home environments. In the year since we last celebrated International Women’s Day, the Pentair WRG has supported our women employees by facilitating Parent Support Circles and hosting virtual events focused on leadership development and Breast Cancer awareness/education.  We were also proud to partner with the Pentair Black Employee Network on a discussion about how to be an effective ally for those around us.

This year, we look forward to continuing our success of hosting virtual events  that  contribute to the development and advancement of women at Pentair.
